To achieve the faculty's goals in a manner commensurate with its vision and mission, the faculty seeks to achieve the following strategic goals:

• Implementation of study programs in the science and technology of the sugar and integrated industries to achieve the goal of graduating students at a distinguished level.
• Providing distinguished postgraduate programs in various technological disciplines aimed at providing the necessary human cadres for the needs of the Egyptian industry in addition to the Arab region, Africa and the world.
• Contribute to conducting research that develops knowledge and provides solutions to the beneficiaries' problems, especially in the field of sugar and integrated industries and environmental studies.
• Cooperation with industrial and governmental institutions to transfer scientific and technological knowledge and creativity.
• Providing continuous educational and training programs to maximize the level of individuals, enrich their knowledge, and provide opportunities for advancement in the career ladder by publishing research in specialized journals for those enrolled in the faculty.
• Cooperation with other industrial institutions to transfer expertise in the field of science and technology.
• Cooperating with international institutions such as the International Sugar Organization (ISO) to transfer experience and knowledge and hold international conferences in the field of sugar and integrated industries.
