Research Abstract

Tri-modality bladder-sparing approach consists of transurethral resection, chemotherapy twice weekly
Gemcitabine and radiotherapy is well tolerated, with high rate of bladder preservation. This approach may be considered
as a reasonable alternative to cystectomy in the proper selected patients.
