Assiut Al-Ahlia University announces that the students of the Faculty of computers and artificial intelligence won the first three places in the Ramadan football tournament

Under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, president of Assiut University and Commissioner for conducting the work of Assiut Al-ahliya University, the activities of the Ramadan Sports Football Tournament, organized by Assiut Al-ahliya University in cooperation with the University Students ' Union, concluded yesterday, Thursday evening, during the period from March 15 to 20, at the stadiums of Assiut Al-ahliya University in the new city of Assiut.

The tournament was organized by Dr. Noubi Mohamed Hassan, vice president of Assiut Al-Ahliya university for Academic Affairs, Mr. Mustafa Hassan, secretary general of the University, Dr. Sherine Abdel Ghaffar, director of programs of Al-Alsun college, Mr. Maysra Ahmed Thabet, Youth Welfare Officer, and student Ahmed Mohamed Abdel Aal, president of Assiut Al-ahliya University Students ' Union.

  Dr. El-Minshawy congratulated the College of computing and artificial intelligence, whose students were able to win the first three places in the Championship, which witnessed a strong competition between 32 teams of faculty members and students from various faculties of the National University. He praised the success of the course in attracting large numbers of students and faculty, stressing the importance of such sports events in promoting the spirit of competition and positivity, and developing relations between students and faculty, contributing to the creation of a cooperative university environment.

The competitions of the Ramadan football tournament resulted in the Pentastars team winning the first place, where the team included: Mohammed Hazem Sayed, Islam Mahmoud Omran, Abanoub Al-Abani Zarif, Mohammed Ahmed Hamed, Mohammed Osami Mohammed, and Ahmed Ezzat. While the 111th Battalion team won the second place, which consisted of: Fahmy Hashim Mohammed Fahmy, Saad Mohammed Saad Haroun, Mohammed Talaat Mohammed Ibrahim, Ziad Alaa Najati Abdul Rashid, Hassan Mohammed Faraj Metwally, Mohammed Yasser Jaber Al Derini, and Mohammed Ibrahim Shafiq. As for the al-Harak team, it achieved the third place, and it included: Ziad Ahmed Thabet, Hussein Khalaf Mohammed, Mohammed Hashim Idris, Ahmed Mohammed Orabi, Abdul Quddus Abdul Nasser Abdul Hadi, and Lotfi Mohammed Omran.

Dr. Noobi Mohammed Hassan added that the winners of multiple awards were honored, as he won the title of the top scorer of the championship in half, both students Ziad Ahmed Thabet and Hussein Khalaf Mohammed from Al-Harak team, after each scored 5 goals. The best goalkeeper was also honored, which was won by Mohammed Yasser Jaber Al-Derini from the 111 Battalion team.

At the end of the course, the participants in organizing the tournament were honored in recognition of their efforts that contributed to the success of the tournament, namely: Mr. Mahmoud Rifai Mohammed, security supervisor, student Karim Ali Ahmed Omar, Secretary of the higher Sports Committee, student Mahmoud Ezz, Secretary of the higher families Committee, student Mohammed Hazem, president of the College of computing and artificial intelligence Union, student Ammar Ali, vice president of the College of Pharmacy Union, student Abdul Rahman Dahbi, Secretary of the sports committee at the College of engineering, student Mohammed Ramadan, assistant secretary of the sports committee at the College of engineering, student Andrea Ayman, Secretary of the Ahmed Ezzat Mayes, assistant secretary of the sports committee at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Mohammad Reza, Secretary of the sports committee at the Faculty of Alsun, and Mohammad al-Husseini, Secretary of the sports committee at the Faculty of computers and artificial intelligence

The closing ceremony of the course also included the organization of a group breakfast for the participating teams, which was organized by the Assiut University Students ' Union in cooperation with Youth Welfare, where the participating teams gathered at one table to celebrate the success of the Championship and promote the spirit of brotherhood and cooperation among students.
