Assiut University vice presidents cast their votes in the Senate elections and emphasize the importance of national participation

The vice-presidents of Assiut University cast their votes in the 2025 Senate elections, stressing that participation in this constitutional entitlement is a national duty that reflects the true belonging to the homeland, and the role of citizens in supporting the democratic path.

The participants included Dr. Ahmed Abdul Mawla, vice president for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Mahmoud Abdul Alim, vice president for Community service and Environmental development, and Dr. Jamal Badr, vice president for Graduate Studies and Research, who cast their votes in the polling committees in Assiut Governorate.

The vice-president of the University called on all segments of society, especially university youth, to interact and actively participate in the elections as they are the mainstay of the future and the element most capable of bringing about positive change, stressing that the positive turnout at the polls reflects the awareness of citizens of their pivotal role in the stability of the state and the completion of its ambitious plans towards sustainable development.

The deputies also praised the conduct of the electoral process and the good organization within the committees, and the efforts exerted by the concerned authorities to provide a safe and accessible environment for voting, while providing the necessary facilities for the elderly and people of determination, stressing that this atmosphere enhances the confidence of citizens and encourages broad participation.
