President of Assiut University: we are working to upgrade the administrative work system and enhance technological services at the University
On Tuesday, March 11, Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, president of Assiut University, conducted an inspection tour inside a number of units in the administrative building of the university, to follow up on the progress of work and learn about the mechanisms for developing administrative performance. This tour comes within the framework of the University's keenness to enhance the efficiency of administrative work, and provide a supportive and stimulating work environment, in line with the institutional development strategy and Egypt's Vision 2030.
The president of the university was accompanied during the tour by: Dr. Ahmed Abdul Mawla, vice president of the University for education and Student Affairs, Dr. Duaib Saber, dean of the Faculty of law and legal adviser to the president of the University, Dr. Alaa Abdul Hafiz, dean of the Faculty of Commerce, professor Shawkat saber, secretary general of the University, and Mr. Taher Hassan, head of the central administration of the Office of the president of the University.
The tour included a visit to a number of specialized units, including: the Innovative Projects Unit, the e-learning unit, the Japanese Center, the Innovation Support Office, Technology Transfer and marketing (TICO), and the training Office of the Integrated Technology Transfer Unit (ITTU)
During his tour, the president of the University stressed the University's keenness to provide high-quality services to students, faculty and staff, through the use of modern technologies in various sectors of the University, and also stressed the importance of developing the administrative work environment to enhance productivity and improve the quality of performance.
After the tour, Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy held a meeting to follow up on the progress of work in various administrative sectors at the University, in the presence of Dr. Ahmed Abdul Mawla, vice president of the University, Dr. Doib Saber, legal adviser to the president of the University, and professor Shawkat saber, secretary general of the University.
The meeting discussed ways to enhance institutional performance, plans to develop the services provided within the university, as well as mechanisms to support technological centers and units that contribute to the development of students ' abilities and encourage innovative projects, in line with the strategy of higher education and scientific research.
