president of Assiut University participates in the Iftar of the southern Egypt Institute of Oncology in recognition of the efforts of medical staff

- Dr. El-Minshawy praises the efforts of the South Egypt Institute of Oncology in serving patients and confirms the University's support for the development of medical services

Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, president of Assiut University, participated today, Monday, March 17, in the group breakfast ceremony organized by the southern Egypt Institute of oncology at the guesthouse in the administrative building of the University, in appreciation of the efforts of the Institute's medical and administrative staff, and keen to promote the spirit of affection and teamwork among the members of the medical institution.

The breakfast was attended by a number of academic, administrative and community leaders, including Dr. Mansour Kabbash, president of Sphinx University, Dr. Mahmoud Abdel Alim, vice president for community service and Environmental Development, Dr. Gamal Badr, vice president for graduate studies and research, Dr. Mohammed Abu Al-Majd, dean of the southern Egypt Institute of Oncology, Dr. Atef Abdel Aziz, Dr. Mahmoud Mustafa, former deans of the Institute, advisor Abdel Razek Osman, legal advisor of Assiut University, Dr. Amr Farouk Murad, undersecretary of the Institute for Community Affairs Dr. Ibrahim Abu Al-Oyoun, director of the University oncology hospital, Dr. Buthaina Al-Fatih, assistant secretary of Assiut University, and Dr. Mahmoud Jaheen, undersecretary of the Ministry of Awqaf in Assiut. A representative delegation from the Egyptian family house in Assiut, headed by Sheikh Sayed Abdel Aziz, secretary general of the Egyptian family house in Assiut, in addition to a number of former deans of the institute, representatives of civil society organizations, the Ministry of Awqaf, and Islamic and Christian clerics, also participated in the breakfast.

Dr. El-Minshawy expressed his pleasure to participate in this breakfast, which embodies the spirit of cooperation and love among the Institute's staff, praising the great efforts exerted by doctors and nursing staff in providing distinguished medical services to oncology patients. He also praised the vital role of the Institute in training young doctors on the latest protocols for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors, and its scientific and research contributions in this field.

The president of the University stressed that the university administration continues to support the southern Egypt Institute of oncology to develop its medical services and improve their quality according to the latest international standards, which contributes to alleviating the suffering of patients and providing the best means of health care for them
