Prof. El-Minshawy heads Assiut University's leadership committee to conduct interviews to select general managers and secretaries for some faculties.

-    Prof. El-Minshawy: The selection of administrative leaders at the university is done according to job experience and the ability to improve the level of work and make optimal use of the available resources.

-    The Assiut University Leadership Committee, chaired by Prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of Assiut University, held a meeting to conduct interviews for the selection of general managers and secretaries of some colleges at the university, among the applicants for these positions, namely: Secretary of the Faculty of Engineering, and the renewal of appointments for some other leadership positions, namely: Head of the Central Administration of the University President's Office, Director General of Engineering Affairs, Director General of Nursing at Assiut University Hospitals, Director General of Libraries, Director General of Paid Treatment Affairs at Assiut University Hospitals, and Secretaries of the Faculties of: Dentistry, Computers and Information, and Commerce. 


-       Prof. El-Minshawy stated that the selection of administrative leaders at the university is done according to the criteria of job experience and efficiency, upgrading the level of work, making optimal use of the potential of the administration, motivation towards achieving the strategic goals set for the university, the ability to overcome obstacles and avoid crises with minimal confusion, ensuring the continuity of work and its development smoothly and harmoniously, and the ability to achieve the administrative reform that the university is moving towards, indicating the university's keenness to develop the human capabilities of the administrative system to perform its role to the fullest.

-      The administrative leadership selection committee includes: Dr. Ahmed Abdel Mawla, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Tayseer Hassan Abdel Hamid, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Information, Dr. Dweeb Saber, Dean of the Faculty of Law and legal advisor to the university president, Mr. Shawkat Saber, University Secretary General, Mr. Ahmed Sayed Ali, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, Engineer Khamis Mohamed Ali, Deputy Minister of Agriculture, and Mr. Ali Sayed Mustafa, Deputy Minister of Manpower.
   
-    The committee listened to the proposals and development plans of each applicant to accomplish work, the ability to make decisions, and the ability to bring about organizational development.
