nder the supervision of Prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy, president of Assiut University, The Graduate Studies sector at the Faculty of Commerce is organizing its scientific conference entitled "sustainability from the perspective of commercial and financial Sciences SCFRC", scheduled to be held daily 12 and 13٣ from April 2025 at the university, under the supervision of Dr. Jamal Badr, vice president for graduate studies and Research Affairs.
Prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy explained that the aim of the conference is to discuss aspects of sustainability in business and financial Sciences Research, which include sustainable finance, sustainable marketing, cyber insurance, sustainable development policies, and other important axes that come within the framework of the national strategy for Sustainable Development and Egypt's Vision 2030, and the University's strategy aimed at developing the scientific research system and directing its outputs to serve the Sustainable Development Goals.
For his side, Dr. Alaa Abdul Hafeez, dean of the Faculty of Commerce, pointed out that the conference is an opportunity for academics and researchers to discuss and exchange experiences in research projects related to sustainability in the commercial and financial Sciences, noting that the conference invites researchers to submit theoretical and experimental proposals on a number of topics, including the determinants and effects of disclosures related to sustainability and the circular economy, and the determinants and effects of emphasis on the validity of sustainability disclosures, the quality of disclosures about sustainability and digital technologies .. Opportunities and challenges, sustainable and digital marketing, sustainable and digital finance, sustainable development policies in Egypt, sustainable development policies in developed countries, cyber insurance, insurance capacity, statistical inference, neural networks, machine learning, big data analytics.
The conference is organized by Dr. Nesma Heshmat, vice dean for graduate studies and Research Affairs, Dr. Hassan Qutb Radwan, Dr. Ramadan Abdullah Musharraf, accounting and auditing department and conference rapporteur, with the participation of a group of researchers, teaching staff members, and interested parties from Egyptian and foreign universities and professional bodies.
The conference allocates awards for outstanding research, in addition to sending them for publication in prestigious scientific journals.
