Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, president of Assiut University, extended his congratulations and appreciation to Egyptian women on this great occasion, within the framework of the celebrations of International Women's day, which falls on March 8 every year.

Dr. El-Minshawy stressed that Egyptian women have been and will continue to be a key pillar in building society, and that they have proven their worth in various fields, whether in work, education, or politics. He pointed out that women in Egypt have made many sacrifices and achievements that contributed to the progress and prosperity of the country.

The president of the University pointed out that Egyptian women's participation is not limited to their role in the family only, but is an effective element in all fields of life, adding that the celebration of International Women's day is a celebration of their distinctive contributions to society.

Dr. El-Minshawy wished Egyptian women more progress and success, stressing the University's continuous support for women in all fields to fulfill more achievements.
