Prof. El-Minshawy meets the Council of the Assiut University Students ' Union for the academic year Alahlia/ 2025

Prof. El-Minshawy: the Egyptian state, with its strong institutions and its army, has been able to maintain itself strong and cohesive

  Prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy, president of Assiut University; and the Commissioner for conducting the work of Assiut Al-ahliya University, met today, Wednesday 4 from December, with the Council of the Assiut Al-ahliya University Students ' Union, for the academic year 2024/ 2025; headed by student Ahmed Mohamed Abdel Aal, and the vice president of the Union, student Habiba Mohamed Hamdi, and in the presence of Secretaries and assistant secretaries of the higher committees (families, technical, sports, cultural, social, scientific traveling).

The meeting was attended by Dr. Noubi Mohamed Hassan, vice president of Assiut Al-Ahlia University for Academic Affairs, Mr. Mustafa Hassan, secretary general of Assiut University, Dr. Rehab Al-dakhli, media advisor to the president of Assiut University, Dr. Shirin Abdel Ghaffar, assistant professor at the Faculty of languages and languages, Mr. Maysara Ahmed Thabet, and Ms. Heba Hijazi, youth welfare officials.

  At the beginning of the meeting, Prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy congratulated the members of the Student Union Council of Assiut Al-Ahlia university, praising the democratic atmosphere in which the elections were held, which reflected the students ' awareness and their keenness to participate positively in university activities, explaining that the student union council has the responsibility of representing university students, and the channel through which the proposals, ideas of students, and their needs are raised to the university administration.

  Dr. Ahmed Al-manshawi stressed that the political leadership pays great attention to young people, as they are a key pillar of the state's plan and strategy, by supporting them in an unprecedented way, pointing out that the Egyptian state, with its strong institutions and its army, has been able to maintain itself strong and cohesive, moving forward-with all its might - towards the process of comprehensive development, improving the quality of Citizen Life, Justice, knowledge, innovation, a sustainable environmental system, governance, peace, and Egyptian security.

  The president of Assiut University pointed to the remarkable development of the higher education system and the provision of different types of Education, praising the distinguished higher education offered by Assiut University that keeps pace with the constantly changing needs of the labor market through its distinguished study programs, stressing that private universities are one of the non-profit educational tracks, which the Egyptian state has recently expanded with great sponsorship and unprecedented support from President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, president of the Republic, which provides excellent education for overlapping specialties required to meet the challenges of the present, and rapid labor market changes.

Prof. El-Minshawy affirmed his full support for the students ' union, meeting their requirements, urging them to continue working, striving, and giving, and to always look forward to the best, and to reach the honorable models in their field of specialization, and to benefit from them, as he asked them; to preserve the great achievements, great development, and the tremendous development that Egypt is witnessing now, as well as maintaining the strength, unity, and cohesion of the Egyptian state, and pride in its strong national army, and its well-established institutions, wishing them continued success in their lives; practical, academic, and professional.

Prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy called on the members of the new council to work in a team spirit and to always be a source of spreading positives and hope among their colleagues, and called on them to arm themselves with awareness and knowledge to respond to lies, rumors and sedition that are plaguing the Egyptian state.

  For his part, Dr. Noubi Mohamed Hassan extended his sincere thanks to Dr. Ahmed Al-manshawi for his support and sponsorship of this free, successful democratic experiment of electoral practice, stressing that the role of the students 'union is not limited to representing their colleagues only, but extends to the process of participation in decision-making within the University, the Council of the Assiut University Students' Union has the University Students ' Union; to be their headquarters; to exercise their tasks, communicate with their colleagues, and receive any proposals that would improve the ahliyya University in Assiut, and achieve its vision and mission, noting that the next stage is scheduled to witness more student activities, events, and competitions, in various fields; cultural, scientific, and Social, under the supervision of Dr. Shirin Abdul Ghaffar.

For their part, the members of the Assiut Al-Ahlia University student union council praised the continuous support provided by the university administration to the Union, continuous communication with them, listening to and adopting their ideas, and opening the door to discussion in a dialogue characterized by democracy and the spirit of fatherhood.

For his part, Ahmed Mohamed Abdel Aal, president of Assiut Al-Ahlia University Students 'Union, expressed his appreciation for the University's continuous support for students at all levels, sincerely thanking Dr. Ahmed El-manshawy and Dr. Noubi Mohamed Hassan for their care and support for the successful electoral process, wishing that the students' union council would be as confident as their colleagues gave them, and be a link between them and the university administration.

Habiba Mohammed Hamdi, vice president of the Union, expressed sincere thanks to the university administration, which provided students with a real democratic experience, noting that the student union council is in the process of developing an organized plan to practice various activities and meaningful events, in cooperation with the university administration.
