Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, president of Assiut University, extended his sincere congratulations and good luck wishes to Professor Shawkat saber, secretary general of the University and a member of the board of Directors of the Egyptian Volleyball Federation, on the occasion of his selection as a member of the beach volleyball committee of the Arab volleyball federation, expressing his pride and pride in this achievement, which is an extension of an honorable career in serving sports at the local and Arab levels.

The president of the University stressed that this selection reflects the competence and sports experience of Professor Shawkat saber, and is a well-deserved honor for his long career in sports work.

The beach volleyball committee of the Arab Federation is one of the active committees that carries out the tasks of developing the game at the Arab level, through organizing tournaments, setting technical regulations and standards, as well as training programs for technical and refereeing cadres, and working to enhance Arab representation in regional and international tournaments.

In a related context, Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy appreciated the great attention paid by the Egyptian state to the sports sector, praising the continuous support of the political leadership led by His Excellency President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, who spared no effort in developing sports infrastructure and investing in national cadres. He stressed that this interest reflects the state's belief in the role of sports in building a human being, strengthening national identity and belonging, in addition to its role in representing Egypt honorably in international forums.
