With deep sorrow and grief, the Faculty of Specific Education – Assiut University, headed by Professor Dr. Yasmine Al-Kahki, Dean of the Faculty, along with the faculty vice deans, faculty members and their assistants, administrative staff, and students, mourns the passing of the eminent scholar Professor Dr. Ahmed Omar Hashem, a member of the Senior Scholars Council at Al-Azhar, former President of Al-Azhar University, and professor of Hadith and its sciences. May God have mercy on the departed, who was a symbol of moderation and balance, and who devoted a life full of knowledge, advocacy, generosity, and sincerity, enriching Islamic thought through his publications and scholarly and advocacy contributions. He was an exemplary enlightened Azharite scholar who combined knowledge with action, and called to God with wisdom and good counsel. We ask Almighty God to grant him His vast mercy, make his abode in His spacious Paradise, and grant his family, students, and loved ones patience and solace. Indeed, to God we belong and to Him we shall return.

General Supervision: Professor Dr. Madiha Darwish – General Supervisor of Student Activities, Professor Dr. Yasmine El-Kahky – Dean of the Faculty, Professor Dr. Doaa Abdel Mohsen – Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Haitham Ibrahim – General Director of the General Administration for Student Care, Mr. Ihab Abdel Hamid – Executive Director of the Small, Medium, and Micro Enterprise Development Agency in Assiut Governorate. Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy – President of Assiut University, and Professor Dr. Yasmine El-Kahky – Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, the Faculty of Specific Education – Assiut University participated with a team of faculty members in the football sports meeting organized by the Faculty of Sports Sciences.
