Dr. Ahmed Abdul Mawla, vice president of the University for Education and Student Affairs, conducted a surprise visit to the Central Restaurant at the university to check on the progress of work and ensure the efficiency and quality of the services provided. 

   The vice president of the University for Education and Student Affairs pointed to the efforts of the university, under the supervision of Prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy, the president of the university, to provide a suitable environment for its employees, and continuous follow-up on the progress of work in all sectors, the most important of which is the central restaurant, to ensure the quality of the food provided in the restaurant, the safety of foodstuffs, and the necessary inspection procedures starting from the receipt of foodstuffs, preservation, and storage in proper ways.

  Prof. Abdel Mawla was accompanied on his visit by engineer Amal Jamal, director general of the Nutrition Affairs Department, Mr. Mohamed Essam, director of the nutrition department, Mr. Bakr Bakhit, director of the Central Restaurant, and several employees of the administration and the restaurant.
