Under the auspices of Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawi, Acting President of Assiut University, Dr. Ahmed Abdel Mawla, Acting Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, met Gamal Allam, President of the Egyptian Football Association, in the presence of Dr. Imad Samir, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education at the university.
During the meeting, Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Mawla stressed the great interest of the university administration in sports activity and its keenness to provide support to all its distinguished students in various sports and in scientific research in the field of sports, and to encourage students to practice sports and invest their athletic abilities by participating in sports tournaments in a way that raises the name of Assiut University at all levels, pointing out that the President of the Egyptian Federation is visiting Assiut University to participate in the defense of a master's thesis for a Kuwaiti candidate at the Faculty of Physical Education entitled "Building a measure of morale among football players in the State of Kuwait." He is also scheduled to attend a model for simulating the Egyptian Football Association organized by the Faculty Physical education tonight.
