Certificates Issuance Procedures

First: Types of Certificates

  • Graduation certificates (English and Arabic)
  • Four-years-grades certificates
  • Good behavior certificate
  • Success statement
  • Scientific content
  • Original graduation certificate

Second: Procedures

  • Model A

Location: Graduates Administration

The graduate student must sign his/her release statement from the dormitories, faculty's library, faculty's laboratory, and Students Care Administration.

  • Model B

The graduate student must fill in this model completely as it includes his/her personal data such as

  • Birthday
  • National ID number
  • Graduation class
  • Department
  • Student name in English (as written in the passport)

The Graduates Administration is responsible of presenting a recent copy of any certificate requested by the graduate.

  • For fresh graduates, the students must submit 4 recent photos to be handed their certificates.

The students must also do the following:

  • take a receipt equivalent to the value of the requested certificates.
  • head to the faculty's treasury to pay the fees and then return back to the Graduates Affairs Office to submit the payment receipt.
  • For the fresh graduates, they must pay 150 l.e for the Arabic certificates only.
  • For the students to take their certificate, he/she must present either the national ID card, passport, or the driving license.
  • If the graduate defaults to attend, he/she can authorize another party to receive the certificate only if there is an attorney presented.

Third: Fees Statement

Note:

  • The mentioned fees have been accredited on 30/10/2018 and no other fees shall be added until further notice from the Supreme Administration.
  • The fees of the original certificate are to be paid with the tuition fees of the fourth year.
  • Fresh graduates are free to demand the original certificate 4 months after graduation.

The unit aims to guide the graduate students through their career by introducing them to the latest trends of the business sector. The unit is also concerned with the development of the educational process to have competent generations who are capable of satisfying the market needs.

Objectives  

  • Having an information system through building a comprehensive database for the graduates.
  • Effectively communicating with the business firms and giving them a hand in the candidates hunting process.
  •  Providing the business owners with the contact information of the qualified graduate students.
  • Offering job opportunities for the university graduates.
  • Staying in touch with the graduate students after being hired to see if the position matches their qualifications and to benefit from their workplace experience and transfer it to the undergrads.
  • Creating a website for the university graduates to facilitate the communication process and have their resumes stored on the database.
  • Posting announcements about the available job opportunities and helping the graduates to apply and get hired.
  • Keeping the graduates updated with the latest trends in the business sector to enhance their professional and scientific skills.
  • Organizing the alumni reunion event and inviting all the university graduates to attend.
  • Hosting employability symposiums for the senior students to have them prepared for the life after graduation.
  • Inviting the university graduates to attend all the faculty's event to keep them connected with the academic atmosphere.

Graduates Follow-up Unit aims at

  • Publishing alumni guide book.
  • Developing the alumni skills by involving them in training courses and workshops that should qualify them to satisfy the market needs.
