President of Assiut University: our students present honorable models in all local and international forums and competitions

  Prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy, president of Assiut University, congratulated student Noureddine Mohamed Zaki, in the second division of the Faculty of Physical Education, and one of the Champions of the National Talent Project and Olympic Champion, affiliated with the Ministry of Youth and Sports, for winning three gold medals at the African Weightlifting Championship for youth and juniors, held in Kenya during the period from November 18 to 24, 2024, where the player achieved gold snatch, gold overall, and gold total, in the 67 kg weight category competitions.

The president of the University praised the state's keenness to continue to provide full support to sports champions, Egypt's strong teams at the youth and junior levels, and the ability to achieve outstanding results in various international forums, pointing out that the African Championship is one of the most prominent sports competitions at the continental level, and winning it is a great achievement reflecting the outstanding level of Egyptian sports, stressing the university administration's support for talented people in various fields.
