Assiut University organizes a collective breakfast party for the faculties of Pharmacy, arts, sugar industry technology and social service

Under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, president of Assiut University, the collective Iftar parties organized by the University were launched this year, in cooperation between the University Students ' Union and the family of "students for Egypt" and the student unions department at the General Administration for student welfare.

 

The event, which was held on Sunday, March 16, 2025 at the Olympic Village at the University, witnessed the participation of students from the faculties of Pharmacy, arts, sugar industry technology, and social service, under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Abdul Mawla, vice president of the University for education and Student Affairs, Dr. Madiha Darwish, general supervisor of student activities, and Dr. Haitham Ibrahim, Director General of the General Administration of student welfare.

 

Dr. Ahmed Al-Minshawy stressed that the organization of such events reflects the University's interest in promoting student activities that support the spirit of brotherhood and affection between students and faculty members, and they contribute to creating an integrated educational environment that enhances human relations within the university community.

 

For his side, Dr. Ahmed Abdul Mawla explained that the collective breakfast represents an opportunity to strengthen ties between students and faculty members, stressing the importance of continuing to organize such events that enhance the sense of belonging within the University.

 

He pointed out that the group iftar parties began on March 16 and will continue until March 25, including cultural and artistic evenings commensurate with the atmosphere of the month of Ramadan. The first breakfast was attended by 50 students from each participating College, in addition to 15 students from the organizing committee.

 

The event was organized by Ms. Dalia Shobak, director of the student unions Department, Mr. Mohamed Sayed, contact Officer for the "students for Egypt" family, as well as student Martin Nasser, president of the University Students ' Union and rapporteur of the "students for Egypt" family, and student Salah Nadim, vice president of the University Students ' Union and assistant rapporteur for the family.
