Dr. El-Minshawy shares the joy of Eid al-Fitr with the pioneers of the new university club and the Olympic Village

In a joyful festive atmosphere, Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, president of Assiut University, this Sunday evening, March 30, the pioneers of the new university club shared the joy of Eid al-Fitr, where he was received by a number of leaders of the club and the Olympic Village, including Dr. Ahmed Salah Qara'a, general supervisor of the Olympic Village, Dr. Amr Syed Hassan Ahmed, Treasurer, Dr. Mohammed Ismail, director of the, Director General of the General Department of public relations and media.

Dr. El-Minshawy praised the ongoing preparations to ensure a comfortable and safe festive atmosphere for all visitors, stressing the importance of providing all facilities for families, children and the elderly, to ensure that everyone enjoys this happy occasion. He also followed up the development and renovation of the club's facilities, stressing the need to provide amenities for members and visitors.

During his tour, the president of the University met with a number of club patrons, where he exchanged congratulations with them on Eid al-Fitr, praising the atmosphere of joy and social cohesion that prevails in the place. He also took commemorative photos with the members, in moments that reflect the spirit of the holiday and the atmosphere of love and tolerance, calling on everyone to invest this occasion in strengthening social ties.

As part of his keenness to follow up the preparations, Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy conducted an inspection tour of the Olympic Village at Assiut University to follow up on the regularity of services provided to visitors during the Eid days, stressing the need to strengthen security and administration to prevent congestion and ensure smooth movement. He also praised the vital role played by the Olympic village in supporting sports activities among different age groups.

The tour also included an inspection of the various sports activities and events offered by the Olympic Village, which include open and covered stadiums, the Olympic swimming complex, the track, the sports stadium, fitness gyms and sports games. He also followed up the ongoing development work, stressing the importance of adhering to the schedule set for its completion, which contributes to enhancing the quality of services provided to the visitors of the Olympic Village.
