Dr. El-Minshawy, president of Assiut University, participates in a discussion session on the sidelines of the Egyptian and French universities forum on academic and research cooperation

  Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, president of Assiut University, participated in a discussion session entitled "Egyptian-French academic cooperation: the current situation and future prospects", on the sidelines of the Egyptian-French universities forum, organized by the Ministry of higher education and scientific research on April 7 and 8, in conjunction with the visit of French President Emmanuel Macron to Cairo, under the auspices of Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of higher education and scientific research, and Mr. Philippe Battisset, Minister of higher education of France.

  Dr. El-Minshawy pointed out that the discussion session aims to strengthen academic and research cooperation between Egyptian and French universities through the exchange of experiences and educational and research plans, which contributes to raising the quality of Higher Education. He added that these meetings represent an important opportunity to discuss ways to expand academic relations, thus enhancing the status of Egyptian universities at the international level.

  The president of Assiut University praised the fruitful cooperation between the Egyptian and French universities, pointing out that these partnerships are one of the key factors contributing to the development of higher education, especially in light of technological transformations and innovation in research fields.

Dr. El-Minshawy praised the efforts of the Ministry of Higher Education, under the auspices of Dr. Ayman Ashour, in enhancing academic and research cooperation between Egyptian and French universities, stressing that this cooperation is an important step towards the development of various scientific fields, such as technology, medicine and the environment, and contributes to enhancing academic and cultural integration between the two countries.
