The Board had before it the discussion of the item on "Development and quality work" for the community service and environmental development sector in the college.Decision: To develop quality work in the community service and environmental development sector, the Committee recommends that the following points be guided by: Development of the Centre for Engineering Studies and consultancy in the faculty through the development of the Centre's special services and the establishment of a clear mechanism for the distribution of work by specialization, with increased returns for entrepreneurs.Holding symposiums outside the university in partnership with stakeholders to solve community problems in the engineering sector.Develop training courses to include all disciplines for faculty members and to publish the website.Attract experienced college graduates to exchange scientific experiences with the academy and invite them to hold seminars and training courses.Development of the work of the production units in the college through the development of regulations in proportion to local market prices as well as awareness-raising through websites and publicizing the possibilities available in the college to cover the needs of the community.To reconsider the identification of the required competencies so that they will be a young cadre for the continued use of productive units.  2. The Board had before it the discussion of the item on "Development work and quality" for the scientific laboratories and instruments of the college.Decision: To develop quality work in the laboratory and scientific equipment sector in the college, the Committee recommends that the following points be guided by:Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the labs and laboratories in the faculty, with the results of the questionnaires and the prepared by the College Quality Assurance Unit, which includes the opinions of faculty members, researchers, technicians, graduates and beneficiaries Out.Training and upgrading of the skills of young cadres through the use of cadres with expertise in the factories, laboratories and cadres that have been retired through training courses. Create a marketing unit from one of its functions to publicize the possibilities available to the laboratory and laboratories in the various departments of the faculty.Create pages on the faculty's website to introduce scientific labs and devices and the functions of scientific equipment in each department of the faculty.All the books of the Covenant and the warehouses of laboratories and scientific equipment are converted into an electronic system by making a complete database.Urge all faculty members to use all available devices in their different departments.The development of laboratories through the process of replacing and renewing the scientific instruments with the various laboratories of the faculty.
