Unit goals

The main objective of the unit is to strive to achieve the highest possible quality in all activities of the faculty through the following set of sub-goals:

  • Institutional accreditation of the college and maintaining the continuity of accreditation from national and international bodies.
  • Continuous awareness of the culture and practices of quality assurance for all parties in the college including students, faculty members, and administrators in all departments and units.
  • Seeking to increase and maintain confidence in the activities of the college at its various levels.
  • Continuous development of quality assurance practices.
  • Preparing cadres for the college's quality system. Providing sources to finance the unit's activities.
  • Providing technical support to the departments and departments of the college to help them perform their duties with the highest quality.
  • Helping to connect the college with civil society. Developing evaluation, follow-up and examination systems for the activities of the college and its departments.

Methodology of work of the unit

The unit adopts the methodology of its work on the approach of (Plan - Implement - Review - "PIRI" - Improve). The four steps "Planning - Implementation - Review - Improvement" represent the methodology of work in all activities carried out by the unit in light of its objectives, reference, values, mission and vision.
