• In order to obtain a Bachelor degree in Mining and Metallurgy engineering, the student is required to have a solid core of foundation courses in physics, mathematics, Arts, and general engineering, which is also essential for life-long learning.
• This department accepts high school students with science/mathematics background and Admission to the program is supervised by the department and depends on availability of places and student’s performance record.
• Assiut University awards a bachelor degree in Mining and Metallurgy Engineering after 10 semesters of study (5 years).
