The Advisor to the Minister of Education for Strategic Relations and Supervisor of the Egyptian-Japanese Schools Project visits Assiut University to discuss future cooperation between the two sides.

           Prof. Ahmed El-Minshawi, President of Assiut University, stressed the university's keenness on scientific and educational cooperation with the Ministry of Education. Prof. El-Minshawi emphasized the university's commitment to equipping graduates with international standards and job qualifications required for employment in Egypt and other Arab countries.
           In this regard, Prof. Ahmed Abd El-Mawla, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, met with Dr. Nevin Hamouda, Advisor to the Minister of Education for Strategic Relations and Supervisor of the Egyptian-Japanese Schools Project, in the presence of Ms. Omaima Tawfik, Director of Japanese Schools in Assiut, and Prof. Hassan Huwail, Dean of the Faculty of Education.

           For her part, Dr. Nevin Hamouda, the Minister's advisor, commended Assiut University's academic accomplishments, educational methodologies, and its prominent scholars. She also discussed ways of future cooperation between Assiut University and Japanese schools to meet the needs of Japanese schools for teachers who hold degrees from Assiut University.

           That meeting, according to Prof. Hassan Huwail, Dean of the Faculty of Education, was to strengthen cooperation between Assiut University, represented by the Faculty of Education, and the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, represented by Japanese schools, announcing that the two sides would soon sign several protocols to formalize their cooperation.
           In turn, Prof. Ahmed Abd El-Mawla, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, stressed the university's keenness to strengthen cooperation with various educational and research institutions, commending the experience of Egyptian-Japanese schools and the political leadership's desire to expand those schools further in the coming period. He also noted that the Egyptian-Japanese Schools Project is a national initiative that seeks to provide Egyptian students with access to a comprehensive education system that integrates academic learning with creative thinking and innovation. The goal is to create a well-rounded personality among students and raise generations with moral values for positive social interaction. In addition, he announced the numerous partnerships and protocols the university has signed with notable foreign institutions and universities.
