Prof. El-Minshawy stated: "Upgrading the efficiency of sports stadiums and expanding the provision of sports services and activities."

        This morning, Prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of Assiut University, inaugurated the artificial turf stadium of the Faculty of Physical Education, after the completion of the renovation works, within the framework of developing the stadiums of the Faculty of Physical Education; and he was accompanied by Prof. Ahmed Abdel Mawla, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Mahmoud Abdel-Aleem, President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Emad Samir, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education, with the participation of a group of former deans of the faculty, the vice-deans and heads of departments, and a group of workers from various administrative sectors of the faculty. 

     The President of Assiut University emphasized the necessity of completing the development work at the various stadiums of the college before the start of the new academic year and expanding the student participation in all forms of individual and group activities. He also praised the strong sports infrastructure of the Faculty of Physical Education, real capabilities and professional human cadres.
