- The program accepts applicants nominated to admission to the Faculty of Commerce through the Office of Coordination of Admission to Universities and Institutes, or by transfer of registration from other colleges provided that they meet the college admission minimum grades.
- The priority is given to the applicant based on the nominal total (the total grades of the applicant in high school plus the applicant’s score in the English language subject). A minimum English language score is to be specified each academic year by the Program Board of Directors.
