Roles and specializations

  1. To register and document all applied scientific research protocols in the faculty, masters, PhDs and applied researches to be funded from unit of research funding in a regular way. This will facilitate development follow up and to check it at any time, in order to grantee multiple applying.

  2. To check and certify all applied researches as to make sure if it is following publishing rules, which is one of main points to grant master and PhD degree. This will be after checking if it is matching publishing terms that university council agreed on it.

  3. To form electronic data base for all researches that applied for fund from unit of research funding since December 2015 till now, it includes:

  • Current researches: are the researches, where researchers are currently working on it and are followed periodically.

  • Finished researches: are the already funded researches funded and working on its publishing.

  • Published researches: are the already funded researches and published in one of scientific magazines.

  1. To follow international publishing for researches in addition to orienting mechanisms of international publishing in scientific magazines with a great impact. To prepare and up-date list of discredited magazines, where researchers don’t prefer to publish in it.

  2. To register and document scientific researches of staff members that are published in magazines or international conferences. To do annual report and to be subjected to faculty council.

  3. To help in putting and up-dating research plan for departments and faculty periodically and to already applied researches in the administration.
