Registration requirements

Enrolment Requirements

Documents required for diploma enrolment:

1- Enrolment form, filled with postgraduate stamp fees (100 pounds), and completion of the information recorded in the registration form, taking into account that the student signs it personally.

2- Complete the application form.

3-Approval from the employer regarding enrollment for study and stamped by the employer (if you work at the Ministry of Health, it is approved by the employer and the Deputy Minister of Health).

4- The student signs a study leave declaration form.

5- Conscription status certificate (performed military service - final exemption - postponement) - true copy (for males).

6- Ministry of Health nomination letter (in the case of pharmacists nominated from the Ministry’s missions sector).

7- A certificate from the Syndicate that you are a freelance pharmacist and do not work in the government sector or the private sector (in the case of a freelance pharmacist).

8- A pharmacist’s certificate under assignment for the pharmacist who has not received his assignment until the date of applying for registration.

9- Birth certificate (electronic).

10- A certificate stating that no disciplinary sanction was imposed during the years of study (certificate of good conduct and behavior)

11- A statement of employment status from the employer in which he works (approved by the employer)

12- A copy of the national ID stamped with the logo and must be valid, provided that the front and back pictures are on one page.

13- Bachelor’s degree.

14- Four recent personal photos.

15- Plastic envelope.

16- Tuition fees are paid after the Faculty Council approves the registration (the registration of those who do not pay the fees will be cancelled).

Postgraduate courses registration form

  • Internal coordination is made between the applied students in accordance with the faculty’s capacity.
  • Applications that do not meet the aforementioned documents and conditions will not be considered.
  • Candidates’ requests from the Ministry of Health are met according to capacity.

Documents required for master’s enrolment:

To apply for a master's degree, the applicant must complete a year of study, approved by the Faculty Board; must also pass the test successfully. After passing the course, the applicant must prepare a thesis on topics proposed by the Department Council and approved by the Faculty Council.

  1. The enrolment form must be completed with the postgraduate stamp fee (100 pounds) and the enrolment form must be completed, taking into account that the student signs it personally, and that the relevant department edits the data related to the academic courses and study hours and identifies the supervisors and has it signed by the supervisors.

  13.  Bachelor’s degree provided at least a good grade.
  14. A certificate of grades for the courses, provided at least a very good grade in the average of the special courses.
  15. Four recent personal photos.
  16. Plastic envelope.
  17. Tuition fees are paid after the Faculty Council approves the enrolment (the enrolment of those who do not pay the fees will be cancelled).

1- The registration form must be completed with the postgraduate stamp fee (100 pounds) and the data recorded in the registration form must be completed, taking into account that the student signs it personally, and that the relevant department edits the data related to the academic courses and study hours and identifies the supervisors and  signed by the supervisors.

2- Complete the application form.

3- Approval from the employer regarding enrollment for study and stamped by the employer (if you work at the Ministry of Health, it is approved by the employer and the Deputy Minister of Health).
