Required documents: 1- Original birth certificate .

2 - Original graduation certificate .

3 - The original certificate of excellence .

4 - Certificate of good conduct .

5 - Two (2) copies of the personal identification card .

6 - (12) personal photos with the student's name written on them .

7 - Professional practice card + license .

8 - Certificate of completion of military service for males .

9. Approval from the employer .

Important notes: The student must have completed the internship period on 3/3/2024 or 3/3/2025, have taken over the job, and have obtained a total of 75% or more .
