The conference discusses, through its scientific program, local and international health care systems, as well as the challenges facing health care leaders and the workforce in the future. The conference also discusses digital transformation skills for health care professionals, as well as a session on the comprehensive health insurance system.

That the conference is in its first edition in cooperation with Assiut University and that this work is beginning and that multiple conferences will be held for the rest of the departments and specializations. She also stated that this conference witnesses the participation of a group of professors and specialized staff in the field of nursing
In the same context, Prof. Hala Ramzy, Vice Dean for post graduate student and Research, announced that ,The conference provided an opportunity to publish the complete research in a special issue of the Journal of the Faculty of Nursing - Assiut University.
Prof. Sahar Mohamed Morsy, head of the Nursing Administration Department, confirmed that this conference is the first international conference that brings together the two universities of Assiut and Suez Canal University, and that this conference is a new breakthrough in the field of nursing to strengthen relations, exchange scientific experiences and encourage community participation between the two universities, as well as encourage researchers to benefit of the exchange
