Tasks of the faculty’s cultural relations committee.

To develop a plan for the faculty missions as per the departments suggest.
To establish a policy to send faculty members to the faculty in scientific tasks and conferences. In addition to following up the scientific progress in their field of specialization, and coordinate between the programs of these missions in a manner that ensures complementarity and achieves the maximum scientific benefit, as well as studying the reports and proposals submitted by the members of these mission.
To propose a general program for workshops, scientific courses, and seminars in which the faculty participates. In addition to organizing the participation of the faculty members in what is held at home or abroad, and encouraging the publication of research and reports submitted from them.

Tasks of the members of the Faculty Cultural Relations Committee:

To participate in the discussion of the missions plans, according to what the departments suggest
To contribute at discussing the policy set to send faculty members to scientific assignments and conferences in order to follow up the scientific progress in their field of specialization, and coordinate between the programs of these missions in a manner that ensures complementarity and achieves the maximum scientific benefit, as well as studying the reports and proposals submitted by the members of these missions and give an opinion on them.
To prepare a general program for workshops, scientific courses, and seminars in which the faculty participates, organize the participation of faculty members in what is held at home or abroad, and encourage the publication of research and reports submitted by them.
